Post real work
Describe the actual role, expectations, schedule, location, equipment, and compensation. Do not hide unpaid work behind “exposure,” misrepresent revenue share, or request excessive free trials.
Respect people
No harassment, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation, doxxing, threats, impersonation, brigading, or retaliation for a declined application.
Protect creative work
Do not steal portfolios, repost confidential footage, request work you do not have rights to use, or claim a creator credit that did not happen.
Use reports
Report suspicious listings or profiles. Immediate danger, fraud, or illegal conduct should also be reported to the relevant platform or authorities.
